Indigenous employment strategy

 

Nous is committed to reconciliation and closing the gap. Our vision for reconciliation is the evident, genuine and mutual understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Our Indigenous Employment Strategy (IES) is a key part of our Reconciliation Action Plan.

Indigenous Australians represent 2% of the working population and our goal is for at least 2% of Nous employees to be Indigenous. We are actively seeking to increase the number of Indigenous people we work with and employ.

At Nous, we seek the best and brightest candidates and hire for diversity of perspectives and experience. Our IES is a core component of this.
