Melbourne City Mission engaged Nous to design, facilitate and write their strategic plan 2010 – 2015. A four stage approach informed the development of the plan. 1. Agree MCM mission and vision. 2. Identify currently and emerging issues. 3. Draft strategic actions. 4. Agree strategic direction. Nous worked in close partnership with the Board, CEO and executive throughout the life of this project to ensure full engagement and buy in. The Strategic Plan 2010-2015 was fully endorsed by the executive and Board.
