HRD names Nous as 2021 Employer of Choice

After navigating through COVID-19 with no job losses, strong employee engagement and global professional opportunities, Nous Group has been honoured as an HRD 2021 Employer of Choice.

The award, announced on 26 April, puts Nous among an elite group of professional services firms within the list of 37 employers across Australia that were named an Employer of Choice.

Entries were scored on the companies’ achievements and initiatives across leadership, learning and development, wellbeing, flexibility, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance and recruitment, the organisers explained.

With a growing team of 400 people across Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada, Nous offers an attractive employee value proposition to consultants and corporate employees looking to be intellectually stimulated, enjoy their work and develop their career.

“Nous runs on a foundation of trust, self-management and high performance, which shapes the way we engage and reward Nousers,” said Sally Pritchard, the Nous Chief People Officer.

“At Nous, we treat all people with great respect, we aim for all Nousers to be fully engaged in their roles, and we aim for each individual Nouser to do the best work that they can to realise their potential.

“Our points of difference include business transparency, genuine collaboration, a deep level of care and connection, working closely with experienced colleagues to drive learning, and a steadfast focus on solving problems that matter to drive positive influence.”

The award is just the latest human resources honour for Nous. We were recently named one of Australia’s Top 100 Graduate Employers by GradAustralia, included on the HRD Innovative HR Teams 2021 list and given an excellence Award at the Australian HR Awards 2020 in the category of Best Change Management Strategy.

More information about working at Nous, including current opportunities, is available on the Careers page on our website.
