Aidan supports leaders across the education sector to better and more sustainably deliver for students, communities, and employers.
Aidan is an established project leader at Nous. A strong collaborator who uses many analytical tools, he excels in leading teams through ambiguity to deliver clear, fit-for-purpose solutions. His expertise is grounded in deep experience in policy and program evaluation, and has over time expanded to encompass strategy, service design and implementation.

Influential work

  • Managed a three-year evaluation for a $48 million initiative improving uptake and completion of school-based apprenticeships and traineeships, with insights directly informing a state-wide program expansion
  • Supported a non-profit organisation to significantly streamline the work of its evaluation function to better deliver for its stakeholders
  • Managed a formative evaluation of a novel scheme providing sick pay to casual workers, providing a clear emerging evidence base on the scheme's mechanisms of impact
  • Over two years, led and managed teams of subject matter experts through the discovery, problem definition, detailed design and implementation of customer experience reforms across eight local councils in Victoria.
