Chloe has extensive experience working with private, public and not-for-profit clients on organisational and public policy challenges.
Her background in law and community services helps her to identify and understand complex issues, engage effectively with stakeholders and structure outcomes-based solutions that bring positive change. She is particularly passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable groups.

Influential work

  • Undertook a strategic review of a central economic agency to improve the agency’s functional model and alignment to government priorities; involving extensive stakeholder engagement at the executive level across line agencies, the development of an operating model and staff workshops facilitation
  • Assisted state courts to develop resources to support effective working relationships and efficient and effective governance operations
  • Worked with a hospital and health service to increase engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health representatives to in turn improve cultural competency and health outcomes
  • Developed insights into domestic and family violence for a state government department to provide culturally appropriate and sensitive staff training
  • Reviewed a university faculty’s course offering to ensure its long-term competitiveness and viability.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Chloe worked as a lawyer at Clayton Utz and a judge’s associate in the Queensland and Victorian Supreme Courts. She has also held several community roles, including as the Coordinator of the Queensland pro bono practice at Clayton Utz and Ambassador for Ovarian Cancer Australia.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Laws and Business Management (International Business) from the University of Queensland.

Chloe enjoys spending time with her family in the Queensland sunshine, practising yoga and planning her next overseas holiday.
