Christine is a strategy consultant and high-performing holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with strengths in strategic analysis and planning, customer-centric service design and organisational transformation. She has exceptional aptitude for leading teams, coaching peers and consulting to diverse communities across numerous sectors. A passionate, reflective and values-driven individual, Christine is committed to improving outcomes for society as well as consumers and organisations.

Influential work

  • Led the development of the strategic plans for two faculties of a Go8 university in response to the rapidly-evolving higher education climate
  • Led a stream of a project to develop a university’s 10-year research product strategy; involving extensive analysis of trends, internal capability and industry needs
  • Led the evaluation and operating model review of a government department’s grant program to support implementation of a key policy that supports Victorian businesses.
  • Led the evaluation of a health and wellbeing strategy and initiatives for a government department’s workforce, leading to ongoing government funding for the program
  • Led the development of a Department of Treasury and Finance business case to develop technological solutions for dispute resolution within the justice sector.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Christine worked across the education, health and disability sectors in Australia and the UK, in roles extending from frontline practitioner to the strategic back office. She holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) from University of South Australia.

In her spare time...

Christine is passionate about wine, opera and Melbourne coffee, exploring these loves with family and friends. She also works hard to keep fit by running, lifting things and shopping.
