Eamon is a consultant with a strong focus on organisational strategy. He leverages his background in corporate finance to approach problems with creativity and rigour and is passionate about working with clients to promote and develop social and economic equality.

Influential work

  • Evaluated a $10B property-lending portfolio for a major financial institution and suggested changes in structure to better align with organisational strategy
  • Facilitated the transition of several Australian Government departments to the New Payments Platform (NPP) on behalf of a major financial institution
  • Assisted with the development of business model options for a state government authority tasked with the protection of Aboriginal Cultural Heritage
  • Facilitated workshops across the country to co-design a set of organisational values and behaviours for a central government agency
  • Designed and facilitated workshops to explore new ways of operating for a major Australian Government department.

Outside of Nous

Before to joining Nous, Eamon worked in the Business and Corporate Banking division of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he worked as part of a team tasked with the development of a groupwide payments strategy. Prior to this he worked in a team specialising in transaction advice and execution. His role involved modelling analysis for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and growth transactions across a wide range of industries.

Eamon holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Sports Media from the University of Canberra. He spent a semester studying on exchange at Stockholm University where he undertook specialised courses on international human rights law and international law and the economy.

Eamon can be found puffing his way around the soccer field or making elaborate plans with his friends that will never come to fruition.
