Hannah has a keen interest in organisational development, culture change, people strategy and leadership development. She brings a structured approach to problem-solving and an appreciation of the challenges surrounding organisational-wide change projects. Hannah is particularly interested in the intersection between human-centred design and people and culture as a way to understand and design for the employee experience to lift performance.

Influential work

  • Developed a three-year organisational development strategy for a public sector health agency to lift engagement and improve culture
  • Delivered a 360-feedback process for the Executive Level of a public sector practice to identify specific leadership development requirements and to inform future leadership development planning
  • Developed the change architecture for a large international retail organisation during its distribution centre’s redevelopment and built staff confidence
  • Analysed the performance of a financial services industry association through designing and administering a member survey and developing a report with key insights, strengths and mission-critical development areas
  • Supported a major enterprise resource planning transformation project for a large organisation in the transport sector.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Hannah was in EY’s people advisory consulting business, working on a large business transformation project. She also has experience consulting in the not-for profit sector, and gained experience as a member of the executive team at the world’s largest volunteer consulting organisation, 180 Degrees Consulting. Prior to this, she gained client-side experience working in the human resources department at Multiplex.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University and a Master of Human Resource Management from The University of Sydney.  She is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

In her spare time...

Hannah is a keen traveller and loves to explore new countries and experience different cultures. In her spare time, she likes to get outdoors, discover new places to eat, and play touch football.
