Haytham is driven by a desire to deliver meaningful and positive outcomes for clients and communities. He combines his background in law and philosophy to offer an analytical and creative approach to problem-solving. He has collaborated with stakeholders at all organisational levels of the financial services, education, and non-profit sectors to deliver targeted and lasting solutions. Influential work

  • Initiated and designed a dashboard to measure Agile metrics across a team of 150 individuals at a big-four bank, leading to key performance improvements
  • Advised a not-for-profit organisation on its financial sustainability and feasibility of obtaining charitable status
  • Conducted workshops to facilitate the transition of international students into Australian university life, directly impacting over 90 students
  • Co-developed and presented a framework for artificial intelligence governance to a board of industry experts.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Haytham gained experience in strategy and operations at Commonwealth Bank and in law at KPMG. He has also held roles as a workshop facilitator with the University of Sydney and as a consultant for 180 Degrees Consulting. Haytham has a deep sense of community-mindedness, having held volunteer leadership positions in youth services, sustainability and for a social enterprise.

Haytham holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in philosophy) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. His philosophy Honours thesis analysed the intersection between ethics and aesthetics in the context of public art. Haytham completed the final semester of his law degree at Hong Kong University.

In his spare time...

Haytham loves to travel and immerse himself in different cultures. On weekends Haytham enjoys hiking, attempting to DJ and practicing yoga as a certified instructor.
