Jennifer is a Nous consultant with an academic background in political science, international relations and business law. She has worked with government, non-profit and private clients across a range of sectors, including health and human services. Jennifer brings experience in service design, outcomes measurement, operating model design and transformation strategy. She is recognised as an effective communicator, excellent researcher and structured problem solver by clients who appreciate her commitment to delivering tailored and enduring results.

Influential work

  • Worked with a state government agency to develop clear, pragmatic actions and strategies to transform from its current state into its desired future state
  • Assisted a national non-profit to design and develop a business case for a mental health service for at-risk youth that fills a significant system gap
  • Developed a wellbeing measurement index to inform the grants decision-making of a state government agency
  • Redesigned the operating model of a non-profit organisation in the human services sector to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency
  • Developed a marketing and engagement strategy for a web-based social enterprise that enabled it to significantly increase website traffic and grow its membership base.

Outside of Nous

Jennifer recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, international relations and business law from the University of Western Australia. During her time at university, she volunteered at 180 Degrees Consulting, a university-based consultancy that services non-profit organisations. She worked with inspiring non-profits such as the Centre for Asylum Seekers, Refugees and Detainees to maximise their social impact.

In her spare time...

Jennifer enjoys travelling and dining with friends and family. She is trying her best to learn to cook but it is very much a work in progress.
