Jessica is a creative yet analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems to achieve the best results for clients and communities. Clients value Jessica’s ability to oscillate between big-picture thinking and detailed analysis while being an excellent communicator. She brings experience in financial, risk and process efficiency analysis for various organisations’ projects. She also has experience in business and digital strategy, having previously worked in agencies and the technology industry in marketing and product roles.

Influential work

  • Worked on one of Australia’s largest telecommunications infrastructure projects to analyse data and assess financial risk resulting from project delays
  • Developed an engagement strategy for a university faculty that focused on the prioritisation of stakeholder and community relations as well as organisational structure recommendations
  • Delivered a business case and risk analysis to assess the implementation of new customer relationship management (CRM) technology to increase efficiencies for a growing university faculty
  • Conducted financial analysis for a non-government organisation based in India to help increase donation revenue
  • Worked for an Australian airline to plan, create and execute compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns encompassing traditional media, social, digital and out-of-home channels to drive top line revenue growth.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Jessica worked for Clemenger BBDO, Australia’s largest and most awarded creative advertising group. She has also worked as a summer account strategist in the business product team at Google, as a vacationer in risk consulting with Deloitte and as a business process analyst for The University of Melbourne. Jessica has a strong interest in social impact work, working across cultures in Cambodia with a microfinance NGO and in Zambia with a health NGO as well as with The Smith Family teaching English to refugees.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Arts & Science) majoring in commercial law, marketing and sociology from the University of Sydney; and a Master of Finance & Management from the University of Melbourne.
