Kat is a consultant and psychologist (organisational) with experience in delivering practical, evidence-based solutions for public and private sector clients. She prides herself on her research, data analysis skills and ability to connect to a client’s needs to deliver a tailored and impactful result. She has experience in talent identification, leadership development, culture transformations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Kat is accredited in several psychometric assessments.

Influential work

  • Conducted a culture review for a not-for-profit arts organisation in order to advise the board on aligning its culture to its strategy
  • Implemented and evaluated a practical placement pilot for students with disability at a Victorian tertiary hospital, and later presented on the first-in-Australia program at a professional conference
  • Managed a Victorian Government-funded initiative aimed at increasing a tertiary hospital’s capability in hiring, retaining and supporting people with disability in their workforce
  • Designed a disability confidence toolkit for the Victorian public health sector that supports human resources practitioners to hire and support people with disability, following extensive stakeholder consultation
  • Developed a leadership assessment and development pilot process for a public sector client.

Outside of Nous

Kat is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and has a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Deakin University. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Organisational Psychologists’ Victorian committee. Prior to Nous she was an organisational development consultant at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Kat is accredited in psychometric assessments, including Saville Assessment’s Wave personality questionnaire, the Hogan Personality Inventory, the Strong Interest Inventory and the MLQ360+ assessment.
