Kelsey is a sought-after executive assistant with a background in finance, private equity and public relations. She applies her Kiwi ‘can-do’ attitude and charisma to all areas of work and life. Kelsey is the warm and friendly glue that sticks the Nous UK team together and keeps the day running smoothly.

Influential work

  • In 2018 Organised Christmas Jumper day, during which games were arranged to engage the team members in the spirit of giving, and through which Kelsey’s small team raised over 100 pounds for the charity Save the Children
  • Led organisation and implementation of team away-days that consisted of structured workshops, games and gin-tasting from an outsourced specialist and which fostered team- bonding and wellbeing.

Outside of Nous

Originally from New Zealand, Kelsey has enjoyed a successful career as a front of house team member with Quest Apartments across New Zealand and Australia.  She moved to the UK four years ago and has worked across the financial sector as an executive assistant, including at PwC and Oxford Properties.

Kelsey holds a Certificate in Advanced Airline, Travel and Tourism and International Flight Attending from Travel Careers and Training (New Zealand).

In her spare time...

Kelsey enjoys running, biking and generally being outdoors.  She is an enthusiastic cat lover and amateur painter. In quieter times, Kelsey enjoys watching the latest documentary on Netflix.
