Kiara brings strong critical thinking and analytical skills and an eye for presentation. She combines these with her natural curiosity and drive to deliver insightful and engaging solutions to clients’ challenges. Kiara has a keen interest in all areas of organisational performance, particularly business transformation.

Influential work

  • Currently partnering with a state government agency to support its corporate services re-design and customer-centred culture change
  • Partnered with a large disability and mental health services provider to develop its transformation strategy and roadmap, including product strategy and organisation design recommendations
  • Partnered with a leading aged care provider to deliver its person-centred culture transformation strategy, including design and delivery of an immersive change champion training program to embed person-centred best practices and behaviours across services
  • Applied human-centred design methodologies to develop a principles-based framework to support a consistent and pragmatic approach to talent reviews in the public sector
  • Provided strategic advice and stakeholder engagement and communications support for the National Disability Insurance Agency.

Outside of Nous

Kiara has spent 12 months working in and exploring the United States. During this time she was the Volunteer Chair for her local American Diabetes Association Step Out Walk Committee, where she was recruited over 200 event day volunteers by engaging with school groups, Greek societies and other members of the local Atlanta community.

Kiara holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of New South Wales.

In her spare time...

Kiara enjoys staying active, travelling, reading and being involved in her local community. She is an enthusiastic volunteer and has been a team leader for Sydney Festival for seven years.
