Minolie previously worked for the Australian Government in Canberra. In that role she helped better align Medicare with modern health practices and advised Cabinet on new policy proposals and costings for the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. Prior to this, Minolie completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology), where she worked alongside clinicians in Sydney hospitals, and a Master of International Public Health. Both qualifications were gained at the University of Sydney.
Outside of the office, you can find Minolie keeping active with CrossFit. She also advances the rights of women in developing countries as a volunteer State Coordinator for ActionAid Australia.
