Minolie is an experienced public policy consultant who partners with decision-makers to empower them to implement bold policy. She seeks to improve the health and social wellbeing of Australians through focusing on equity, equality and innovation.

Influential work

  • Partnered with a government department to understand the landscape for genomic data sharing to enable them to leverage advancements in genomic technologies
  • Reviewed the structure and function of a government branch and provided transformation advice to enhance performance and respond to changing needs, including COVID-19
  • Evaluated a collective impact social services program and developed recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of this program
  • Conducted nationwide consultations to understand the programs and services that bridge the aged care, health and disability systems for older people to inform a public inquiry.

Outside of Nous

Minolie previously worked for the Australian Government in Canberra. In that role she helped better align Medicare with modern health practices and advised Cabinet on new policy proposals and costings for the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. Prior to this, Minolie completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology), where she worked alongside clinicians in Sydney hospitals, and a Master of International Public Health. Both qualifications were gained at the University of Sydney.

In her spare time...

Outside of the office, you can find Minolie keeping active with CrossFit. She also advances the rights of women in developing countries as a volunteer State Coordinator for ActionAid Australia.
