Prior to joining Nous, Phoebe held positions in the Capability and Change teams at Metro Trains Melbourne, and as culture creator at Inventium. She has more recently delivered sessional lectures at RMIT School of Architecture and Design on the intersection of psychology and design.
Phoebe is a committee member of the Victorian College of Organisational Psychologists and is a registered Psychologist (Organisational) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority and the Australian Psychological Society. She completed her first thesis on the detection of faking in personality assessments, and is accredited in range of psychometric assessments including Saville WAVE, Hogan’s suite of tools, the Strong Interest Inventory and Talent Q.
Phoebe is a food and book enthusiast, often at the same time (cooking with audiobooks). On weekends she enjoys getting outdoors and spending time on her parent’s farm in Queensland.
