Rosalyn is passionate about applying psychological principles to the workplace. She enjoys partnering with individuals, teams and organisations to identify and realise opportunities for improved performance at work.
Having consulted across Australia in many sectors, she brings a wealth of experience, particularly in organisational design, leadership development and human resource management. Rosalyn prides herself on developing a deep understanding of each client in order to deliver positive, lasting change.

Influential work

  • Designed and delivered a leadership development program for a large NSW regional council
  • Reviewed and optimised team structures across several local councils
  • Designed and facilitated group workshops focused on workplace communication, performance management and culture
  • Supported the development of new salary structures, incentive plans and recognition programs for numerous private and public organisations
  • Contributed to the development of a job evaluation tool for use across NSW local governments
  • Researched and developed a structured model for client engagement for a large not-for-profit organisation.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Rosalyn held senior roles with boutique management consultancies in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. Before that, she was a behavioural safety facilitator to mining sector leaders and conducted one-to-one psychological assessments.

Rosalyn holds a Bachelor of Psychology with first-class honours and a Master in Applied Organisational Psychology. As part of her studies, she undertook extensive research into the impacts of sleep and circadian rhythms on performance. Rosalyn has also spoken at conferences on issues including gender equity in the workplace and employee fatigue.

In her spare time...

Rosalyn can usually be found at the beach with her two dogs, on a volleyball court or enjoying a glass of red in the company of family and friends.
