Sally delivers human-centred design solutions to enhance individual and organisational effectiveness. She combines expertise in organisational and talent development with an analytical approach and an understanding of drivers of human behaviour. She is experienced in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and uses data to inform organisational development initiatives. Clients value her proactive, engaging, and tailored approach; taking best-practice methodologies and moulding them to meet client needs.

Influential work

  • Led the development and project management of a leadership development program for a cohort of utilities workers in regional Queensland; including developing program content and providing coaching sessions
  • Led the development and implementation of the change plan for a Queensland Government department division’s transformation, including ongoing cultural development to support the ongoing success of the change
  • Worked with a NSW local council to develop a strategic workforce plan to align with the council’s Community Strategic Plan
  • Supported team development services for most teams of a large Queensland health and hospital service to facilitate the integration and cultural development of newly formed teams
  • Contributed to a project with a freight rail company to develop and create an implementation plan for an enterprise-wide approach to change management.

Outside of Nous

Sally is a registered psychologist, specialising in organisational psychology. She holds a Master of Organisational Psychology, Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science. Sally also has accreditation in numerous psychometric assessments used in recruitment and development.

Prior to Nous, Sally worked in a professional services firm specialising in organisational development. Outside of Nous, she is a committee member of the Brisbane Concert Orchestra.

In her spare time...

Outside of work, Sally enjoys playing the violin with the Brisbane Concert Orchestra, training in the swimming pool and experimenting in the kitchen with new baking creations.
