Influential work

  • Built and coordinated the ongoing use of a benefits-tracking tool for 30 departments of one Australia’s largest NFP organisation, enabling over $40m annual savings
  • Developed a model for a Victorian utilities provider to quantify the impact of renewable technology distributed generation and consumption on their business, leading to organisational restructure and greater renewables and storage investment
  • Developed and implemented a risk-based, safety-focused assurance function for an Australian Department of Defence division responsible for $2B in annual external contracts
  • Built a values-driven financial model and corresponding business case for an NFP organisation merger, enabling the creation of a new $70M annual revenue entity to deliver national programs
  • Developed a strategic and corporate planning process for a state-based regulator to enable it to implement a risk-based, data driven approach.
