What does Australia’s aged care workforce look like following the Royal Commission? That will be the question on the agenda at an upcoming CEDA livestream, sponsored by Nous Group.
In the livestream, facilitator Ian Thompson, a Nous Principal, will lead a discussion with Debby Blakey, the CEO of industry super fund HESTA, Kasy Chambers, the Executive Director of services provider Anglicare, and Sean Rooney, the CEO of Leading Age Services Australia.

Ian has 25 years of experience in health and human services at Commonwealth, state and operational levels and as a consultant. His experience spans work on national policy, strategy and reform through to operational management of hospital, community health and mental health services at the state and federal levels. His expertise includes workforce planning and evaluation across health and aged care services, clinical governance and person-centred care.
