International management consultancy Nous Group is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced public sector leader Yael Cass as Principal.
Ms Cass brings extensive experience as a senior executive in the public sector, having worked with the Commonwealth Government on the development and delivery of national social policy for over 30 years. Her principal areas of focus include intergovernmental relations, health and community service policy and programs, Indigenous affairs, education and training, and immigration policy.
Ms Cass joins Nous from her role as First Assistant Secretary in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, where she has been the Division Head of Intergovernmental Relations and Reform; and Head of the Social Impact Investing Taskforce and National Office for Child Safety. She has also previously served as CEO of the Australian Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation Authority from 2011 to 2016.
