Adam combines a background in policy research and design with strong analytical skills. His inquisitive nature and attention to detail help him to identify over-arching trends and provide insight for clients. Adam has experience in the social services sector with roles in policy development, grants reporting and program management. His experience also includes time as a financial derivatives trader working on the application and continuous improvement of high frequency arbitrage trading strategies.

Influential work

  • Managed the development of a tool to measure regional entrepreneurship ecosystems within Australia
  • Forecasted the financial impact of changes to a major government payment based on complex alternative policy options
  • Assisted the development of policy proposals that resulted in approximately $60M worth of funding commitments in the Australian federal budget
  • Oversaw the successful rollout of a public phone hotline; addressed elements including information technology infrastructure, staff and legislative requirements.

Outside of Nous

Adam spent three years working as a policy officer at the Australian Department of Social Service. He has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours) from The University of Melbourne.

In his spare time...

Adam enjoys playing social sports and making charts about daily life events that serve little purpose. He has recently read The Count of Monte Cristo and Happy City.
