  • Managed a three-year evaluation for a $48 million initiative improving uptake and completion of school-based apprenticeships and traineeships, with insights directly informing a state-wide program expansion
  • Supported a non-profit organisation to significantly streamline the work of its evaluation function to better deliver for its stakeholders
  • Managed a formative evaluation of a novel scheme providing sick pay to casual workers, providing a clear emerging evidence base on the scheme's mechanisms of impact
  • Over two years, led and managed teams of subject matter experts through the discovery, problem definition, detailed design and implementation of customer experience reforms across eight local Councils in Victoria.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous in 2019, Aidan taught philosophy, psychology and mathematics at the senior campus of a large public school in Melbourne's outer north, where he completed the Teach For Australia Leadership Development Program. In addition to his teaching qualification, he holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in Psychology) from Melbourne University. His Honours thesis explored the early biological indicators of psychosis in young adults.

In his spare time...

Aidan enjoys time outdoors, cooking, and listening to and playing music. He is an enthusiastic guitarist and recently became the newest member of the Melbourne new-wave band Zig Zag.
