Alexandra combines strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills with detailed industry knowledge and complex stakeholder engagement experience. She has contributed to many large-scale projects across the public and private sector in the UK and Australia. Her work has included managing and delivering transformative strategies, effective organisational structures and insightful data analysis to clients in the higher education, financial services, utilities and health sectors.

Influential work

  • Developed a new operating model with a large New South Wales (NSW) Government organisation, leading the data analytics and modelling of the organisational structure
  • Designed an operating model for the corporate services branch of a large NSW Government organisation
  • Managed the detailed benchmarking of corporate services for a large federal department; delivering insights into the resourcing, performance and future requirements of the corporate services
  • Reviewed and redesigned the course portfolio for an arts and social sciences faculty at a large, Sydney-based university; involving financial analysis and performance modelling of the course portfolio
  • Prepared recommendations and steps for the implementation of a company-wide workforce and culture transformation for a large superannuation administrator.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Alexandra was a strategy analyst at Commonwealth Bank and Westpac where she focused on programs and industry sectors with complex stakeholder engagement and high levels of regulatory and media interest. She also developed business strategies and processes for financial advice remediation programs and wrote policies to manage exposure to, and investment in, industries with high levels of public concern, in two of Australia’s ‘big four’ banks.

Alexandra has a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (Sustainability) from The Australian National University and a Master of Management from The University of Sydney. She is also a board member of ACO Next; the youth philanthropy board of the Australian Chamber Orchestra.

In her spare time...

Alexandra enjoys all things food related: cooking, wining and dining, and searching for great coffee. She also likes art, books and music; and skiing, yoga, scuba diving and travelling.
