Alice is a thoughtful and engaging consultant who is experienced in high performance optimisation, wellbeing enhancement and transition. She brings lived experience of these capabilities, having spent the last four years competing internationally on the Australian Rowing team. Meanwhile, she completed a Bachelor of Science and an Honours degree in psychology, specialising in optimisation of human functioning and performance. Alice has held management roles in various rowing programs and is excited to translate her skills into helping clients in a wide variety of sectors.
Before joining Nous, Alice was an elite rower representing Australia at a world championship level on four occasions. She has an Honours degree and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and has been an active member and volunteer for the its Boat Club for many years. She has also built additional research experience though various volunteer research assistance roles at the university.
Alice’s passion for supporting athlete wellbeing has led her to complete a Certificate IV in Career Development alongside athlete wellbeing practitioners and support personnel. Alice has extensive experience coordinating rowing programs and mentoring younger athletes most recently at Radford College, Canberra, and the Australian Capital Territory Academy of Sport. Alice is a Certified Professional in Agile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM).
Alice enjoys attempting to maintain her fitness through trail running in Canberra, getting outdoors and seeking out new restaurants.
