Anna is a consultant in Nous’ Public Policy practice, with expertise in human services and education. She brings client-facing service experience to inform policy development. Her experience includes policy, strategy, workforce planning and transformation projects across a range of sectors, and extensive experience with large-scale and complex stakeholder engagement and management.

Influential work

  • Worked with the National Disability Insurance Agency to review the policy and delivery model for early childhood intervention, including engaging with families of children with disability, academic experts, peak bodies and advocacy groups, and early childhood intervention practitioners
  • Worked with an Australian Government human services agency with a national footprint to assist transition planning for a major decision-making and service delivery transformation
  • Project-managed an evaluation of governance efficacy for a national professional and occupational standards regulator that approves and reviews a range of sector-wide workforce standards
  • Worked with a state government mental health agency to develop a priority framework for youth mental health and alcohol-and-other-drug service improvements based on extensive stakeholder consultation with the sector, young people and families.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Anna worked at the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority in policy and service delivery for mental health, health, disability and trauma classroom and assessment adjustment. Prior to that she worked in student services at the University of Melbourne.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in English and history) from the University of Melbourne.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys reading, seeing movies and riding her bike.
