Anne is an expert in organisational culture, workplace wellbeing, leadership development and integrity. Her background in psychology and business has instilled a deep understanding of the interaction between people’s behavior and their environment. Anne helps organisations create environments where people flourish. She does this by applying her extensive research experience to assess organisational behaviour and performance, as well as designing and developing leadership programs with impact.
Before joining Nous, Anne worked as a senior consultant at one of the top consulting firms in the Netherlands. Prior to that, she co-founded the Take a Step foundation, aiming to apply insights from the field of positive psychology to business practice. She also worked as a lecturer at Utrecht University (Netherlands).
Outside of Nous Anne is a guest lecturer on human rights for Amnesty International. Back in the Netherlands, she was a board member for Utrecht Dance Centre as well as the Sunflower Foundation for enhancing lives of people with physical disabilities.
Anne loves to explore, learn new things, and connect people; and ballet, skiing, cycling and hiking. Her biggest treats are travelling the world with her husband and eating hagelslag (chocolate sprinkles).
