Briana is a creative problem solver with a keen interest in organisational structure and redesign, culture change and leadership development. She is passionate about helping businesses create sustainable solutions to their most complex problems by creating a balance between best-practice and best-fit. Briana leverages critical thinking to create sustained solutions that are in line with contemporary theory and industry innovation.

Influential work

  • Published a paper on ethics education in financial planning, showcasing the current climate and impact of financial degrees on graduates’ ethical frameworks
  • Acted as a research assistant investigating barriers to sporting participation in New South Wales
  • Reviewed the Football Federation of Australia’s Multicultural Program pilot, examining the value of sport to integrating migrant communities within their local communities
  • Is a member of the United Nations Academic Impact and Millennium Campus Network Millennium Fellows group, the only one of its kind in Australia selected to deliver projects relating to the Sustainable Development Goals.

Outside of Nous

Briana has been heavily involved with Rotary since 2018 and is currently a Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment camp director having twice been a team leader. As a member of the Western Sydney University Rotaract club, Briana advocate strongly for fundraising events supporting the Macarthur region. She has coached and volunteered for a softball club for 12 years and has a passion for working with youth.
