Brianna is a passionate policy development and program evaluation specialist with a strong track record in complex project management.

She brings a sensitive and meaningful approach to stakeholder engagement through her experience working with people experiencing vulnerability.

Influential work

  • Demonstrated the impact of a high-profile innovation grant through complex statistical analysis and qualitative evaluation
  • Designed the research methodology to assess the implementation and effectiveness of a suicide after-care service model implemented across Australia
  • Managed the development of a monitoring and evaluation framework for Queensland’s whole-of-government Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Strategic Plan
  • Co-led a program design and ongoing monitoring and evaluation for a youth and community services program in a remote Aboriginal community, resulting in an additional four years of funding.

Outside of Nous

Brianna was previously a policy officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs and trade. She holds an Honours Degree of the Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience from University of Sydney and a Master of Rural Development from the University of Queensland.

In her spare time...

Brianna loves to travel, particularly for new food experiences. When at home, she loves taking her dog to the beach, exploring the great outdoors and cooking for friends and family.
