Caitlin employs a human-centred approach to engage in complex issues with clients. Her experience working with not-for-profit organisations (NFPs) and large-scale evaluations has sparked a passion for achieving lasting results and benefits to business and the community.

Influential work

  • Delivered an evaluation of a federal government community grants program
  • Supported the development of a digital strategy for a regional TAFE
  • Worked on redesigning the leadership and operating structure of a medium NFP to streamline service delivery
  • Supported development of a transition plan for a large agency undergoing significant change in operating practices
  • Conducted a strategic review of learning behaviours at a NFP to improve employee professional development outcomes.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Caitlin worked to design and start up festival waste NFP Good Intentions, which won the Big Ideas national social enterprise competition. She has also previously interned for Nous.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts (politics and international studies) from the University of Melbourne.

In her spare time...

Caitlin enjoys beach walks, brunch with friends, rowing and fanatically supporting the Tigers AFL team.
