Caitlin employs a human-centred approach to engage in complex issues with clients. Her experience working with not-for-profit organisations (NFPs) and in educational work has sparked a passion for achieving lasting results and benefits to business and the community.

Influential work

  • Worked on redesigning the leadership and operating structure of a medium NFP to streamline service delivery
  • Conducted a strategic review of learning behaviours at a NFP to improve employee professional development outcomes
  • Led a team to create an environmental start-up to reduce waste at festivals and provide employment opportunities for disadvantaged youths.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Caitlin worked to design and start up festival waste not-for-profit Good Intentions, which won the Big Ideas national social enterprise competition. She has also previously interned for Nous.

Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts (politics and international studies) from the University of Melbourne.

In her spare time...

Caitlin enjoys beach walks, brunch with friends, rowing coaching and fanatically supporting the Tigers AFL team.
