Influential work

  • Managing a project to inform the strategic planning process of one of Australia’s principal research and evaluation organisations. This project involved over 60 consultations, analysis of survey results from over 500 respondents and the synthesisation of these insights into a final report for the organisation to use as a key document during their strategic planning process
  • Supporting the ACT Government to develop an interactive justice programs and services map (using Tableau software) that will form a key body of evidence for the government’s Justice Reinvestment effort
  • Advising the ACT Government on how to improve access and disability support services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the ACT. This project involved working with Aboriginal controlled and mainstream community organisations to develop or improve their culturally safe disability support service offering
  • Producing a training and qualifications strategy for a Commonwealth department’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce
  • Managing a project to deliver a funding strategy for a large not-for-profit men’s health organisation, including developing and articulating their model for change.
