Camilla is a highly experienced consultant who regularly partners with clients across human services and health projects to design and evaluate public policy. She provides practical public policy implementation advice and hands-on implementation support. Camilla’s passion lies in supporting vulnerable communities to distil their solutions into implementable policy. She specialises in sensitive consultation and developing strategies and processes to tackle large, complex challenges.

Influential work

  • Reviewed the performance of 14 Native Title Representative Bodies for an Australian Government department, including identifying individual and comparative efficiencies of each organisation’s operating model
  • Supported an Australian Government department to design and implement negotiations that supported the successful handover of a former mining town in the Northern Territory to its Traditional Owners
  • Evaluated two national psychosocial programs, leading a national engagement program and managing a comprehensive evidence review
  • Supported the NSW Department of Communities and Justice to design a new program to support young people to transition to adulthood from out-of-home care
  • Supported the National Mental Health Commission to develop the National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Monitoring and Reporting Framework for the Fifth National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Plan.

Outside of Nous

Camilla holds a Master of International Security Law from Australian National University, during the study of which she was selected for the Geneva Program on International Organisations. She also holds a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from University of NSW.

In her spare time Camilla enjoys walking her dog through Sydney parklands and discovering new podcasts.
