Chandra graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master of Engineering (first class honours). In her final year she worked with a multi-disciplinary team and used design thinking methods to discover gaps in the diagnosis of conditions, define patients’ and clinicians’ key needs and iteratively design solutions.
Outside university, Chandra volunteered at Oaktree and the National Stroke Foundation. She also took part in YLab Global’s workshop to create social impact in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. Chandra enjoys supporting the development of others and has tutored and mentored university students and tutored school students in mathematics and English.
Having lived in the US, India and Australia, Chandra enjoys learning about different cultures, She enjoys developing new skills; including story-writing, digital art, game design and web development.
