Chris is a consultant in Nous’ public policy practice. He is an adept researcher and capable communicator who combines a passion for understanding problems with an ability to productively engage stakeholders to ensure solutions address the core of a client’s needs. He has experience working with various organisations across the public and private sector. Chris’ background in history and law pushes him to understand deep driving forces and trends for the benefit of clients and their stakeholders.
Worked with a state government department to improve post-school pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youths; including data analysis, research and program logic development to deliver long-term outcomes
Developed insights into international student numbers and market trends for a state government agency through workshops, interviews and research
Worked with a New South Wales Government agency to improve customer centricity and service practices quality; including developing insights from staff workshops on how service processes and behaviours can improve customer experience and satisfaction
Reviewed a major Australian university’s international strategy
Analysed the operating model for a regional airport and developed a report that benchmarked key services and provided recommendations for future strategy.

Chris previously worked in the not-for-profit industry in public policy. He holds Bachelors of Laws (Honours) and Arts from The University of Queensland.
