Christine is a strategy, marketing and allied-health professional with exceptional aptitude in leading teams, coaching peers and consulting to diverse communities within the health and ageing, education and human services sectors. She is a high-performing Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate with particular strengths in strategic analysis, strategic decision making, customer-centric service design and organisational transformation. A passionate, reflective and values-driven individual, Christine is committed to improving outcomes for society as well as customers and organisations.

Influential work

  • Project manager of the strategic review of a youth homelessness model of a large human services provider, resulting in the repositioning of the service model
  • Project manager of a $120k government department initiative to increase the scale and quality of student placements in the disability sector, resulting in a client-centred model of placement
  • Senior consultant in an $800k post-merger departmental design project, resulting in the efficient design of over 22 business and service units and a portfolio saving over $30M
  • Project manager of a $125k NDIA initiative to design and trial the use of technology in service delivery, resulting in a suite of therapeutic tools and guidelines
  • Co-designed a disability service’s overall business model in response to the implementation of the NDIS, including the evaluation and re-design of the target operating model of two disability service lines.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Christine worked across the disability, health and education sectors in Australia and the UK, in roles extending from frontline practitioner to the strategic back office. She has supported the transformation of a major disability organisation in response to the emergence of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, adopting a customer-centric and consumer-led approach to service provision.

Christine holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) from University of South Australia.

In her spare time...

Christine is passionate about wine, opera and Melbourne coffee, exploring these loves with family and friends. She also works hard to keep fit by running, lifting things and shopping.
