Christine is a strategy consultant who works primarily in tertiary education and public policy. She has exceptional aptitude for leading teams, coaching peers and consulting to diverse communities across various sectors. A passionate, reflective and values-driven individual, Christine is committed to improving outcomes for society as well as consumers and organisations.

Influential work

  • Worked with the Victorian Government to develop a new, innovative model for apprentices and trainees that will support Victoria’s Big Build construction projects and which resulted in $33 million funding in the 2020 Budget
  • Worked with the Victorian and Australian Governments on projects analysing and redesigning policies to improve the higher education, skills and training environments
  • Supported development of a research and innovation strategy for a major university, resulting in government funding of $30 million for critical research platforms and infrastructure.
  • Led development of multiple strategic plans for faculties of Go8 and other universities in response to the rapidly-evolving higher education climate
  • Supported the development of the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance business case that resulted in $152 million funding to build the Bendigo Law Courts Precinct.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Christine worked across the education, health and human services sectors in Australia and the UK, in roles extending from frontline practitioner to the strategic back office. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of South Australia.

In her spare time...

Christine is passionate about wine, opera and Melbourne coffee, exploring these loves with family and friends. She also works hard to keep fit by running, lifting things and shopping.
