Christine has worked in adult learning, development and improved performance for over 19 years. She has expertise in small group consultation, coaching, design and facilitation across areas including leading change, management and leadership, performance coaching and feedback, workplace engagement, climate and culture, and emotional intelligence. She has supported participants at all levels in leadership programs through the facilitation of 360-degree feedback, group programs, effective teamwork forums, performance management, feedback, communication, individual coaching and shaping leadership culture.

Influential work

  • Co-designed and facilitated a pilot program for frontline leaders for a major energy company in Hong Kong
  • Designed and facilitated a seven-day leadership program for managers in the insurance sector
  • Served as lead facilitator in a Victorian Department of Education change program to assist school principals and leading teachers create environments conducive to ongoing change, and to equip them with the tools and techniques to successfully implement change programs
  • Delivered a change program for the Australian Department of Human Services to support frontline and mid-level managers in the execution of significant change initiatives, and to foster a spirit of collaboration across the Masters programs
  • Designed and facilitated a leadership development program for highly-educated vaccine manufacturing experts, involving working with participants to complete projects that would drive innovation and change and greater focus on quality and commerciality.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Christine was a professional development facilitator at Monash University. She holds a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University; and is an accredited practitioner of the Human Synergistic Lifestyles Inventory (LSI), Genos Emotional Intelligence, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Expanded Interpretive Report).
