Dom is a customer experience (CX) consultant working on projects from design to implementation. He has worked on global CX and digital strategies and led the design of digital solutions using a human-centred design approach for blue chip companies and government. Dom has worked in Australia, Mauritius, Malaysia and France; focusing on customer experience projects in the insurance, financial services, health, government and not-for-profit sectors.

Influential work

  • Led the functional design for New South Wales’ (NSW’s) Digital Licence program; involving briefing a research agency for quantitative and qualitative research, defining user stories based on business requirements and user research, and managing designers
  • Designed a trading tool prototype for a leading Australian bank; identifying pain points, managing iterations, ensuring design and user experience matched client expectations, and developing the functional and technical specifications as a base to build the prototype
  • Designed a mobile application for a leading global private hospital group; interviewing users and stakeholders, conducting prioritisation sessions to define scope and ensuring development of features and design matched the validated prototype
  • Launched a customer experience ambition at group level within a leading global insurance company
  • Built a global digital strategy and selected a supplier for a leading tyre manufacturer.

Outside of Nous

Dom has worked with and consulted to corporations including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, American Express, AXA, Michelin and Service NSW. He holds a Master of International Strategy and Consulting and a Bachelor of Commerce, both  acquired in France and the US.

In his spare time...

Dom has a passion to discover the unknown and to quench his curiosity through understanding differences. He volunteers at TEDxSydney and is training to be a surf life saver.
