Doron's work combines a rigorous analytical approach and innovative thinking to solve complex problems. As a psychologist with both clinical and research experience, he brings a strong understanding of the health sector. He is also the co-founder and director of Fruit2work, he has previously acted as the company chief executive officer. Doron has experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Influential work

  • Developed a three-year corporate strategy for a major metropolitan health service; requiring comprehensive environmental scanning, analysis of the health service‚Äôs current position and extensive engagement
  • Developed a three-year corporate plan and stakeholder engagement strategy for a Victorian Government agency
  • Conducted a business unit review for a major metropolitan health service, examining governance, structure, capability, resourcing and strategy
  • Developed new organisational and governance structures and a culture strategy for a large federal regulator facing significant changes to its environment
  • Strategically partnered with a large, national, social services provider over 18 months to develop and implement an organisational design, vision and strategy following a large-scale merger.

Outside of Nous

Doron is the co-founder and director of Fruit2work, and has previously acted as the company chief executive officer. He also has experience working as a clinical psychologist at Barwon Prison, and in scientific research across various labs at the University of New South Wales (UNSW).

Doron is a registered psychologist. He holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from LaTrobe University and an Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Melbourne. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from UNSW.

Doron is passionate about initiatives that sustainably advance social justice. He is an avid podcast listener and visitor to the Melbourne Cricket Ground and Melbourne Comedy Festival.
