Influential work

  • Reviewed and co-designed the operating model of state-level health agencies for the assurance of quality and safety in Victorian healthcare; focusing on required functions, roles and responsibilities delineation, managing dependencies and increasing collaboration
  • Partnered with a large, national, social services provider over 18 months to develop and implement an organisational design, vision and strategy following a large-scale merger
  • Supported a major metropolitan health service to integrate the corporate functions of its mainstream and mental health services through a full operating model review and redesign, underpinned by best-practice change management practices
  • Supported a health insurer’s medical office to develop a multi-year strategy that focuses on identifying and reducing low-value care, analysing costs and savings projections and engaging stakeholders to better understand health services provided to claimants and opportunities for high-value care.
