- Created new coronavirus-related procedures for technical officers working in the NT Government Pathology Department
- Provided support to three managerial levels on project finances at state and national levels
- Assisted in the construction and ongoing review of work health and safety procedures
- Created and directed a university-based campaign on raising mental health awareness in the community, resulting in a nomination for the NT Young Achiever Awards.
Outside of Nous
Ellen was a semi-finalist in the Glencore McArthur River Mining Regional and Rural Initiative Award at the Northern Territory Young Achievers Award for her community work in raising mental health awareness. She is involved in a mentorship program that raises emotional intelligence and personal growth.
