Erin started her career with Nous over seven years ago as a Consultant in the Canberra office, working with federal government departments, financial institutions, health care providers and faith-based organisations to design, plan and implement organisational transformation programs; particularly operational reviews, organisational restructures and cultural change initiatives. Erin has since moved to Melbourne and into Nous' corporate team, and is now working on internal projects with the Major Pursuits and Pricing, and Client Development teams. As an adjunct to her internal work, Erin has taken on management of Nous’ new AlumNous program, implementing initiatives to engage with our valuable and much-loved ex-Nousers.

Influential work

  • Designed and delivered a comprehensive cultural transformation program for a large government department, involving developing the strategy; facilitating a workforce co-design process to develop the organisation’s new vision and organisational behaviours; delivering half-yearly pulse checks to monitor progress, and delivering a series of culture change conversations for all senior department staff
  • Reviewed the program office for a federal government agency through developing a new operating model, re-designing its structure in line with the new operating model and providing implementation support
  • Conducted an organisational review of a New South Wales healthcare provider, collaborating closely with senior executives to develop a new operating model and associated structures, governance arrangements and ways of working
  • Developed and implemented a comprehensive change management plan for a faith-based organisation to support significant organisational change.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous Erin worked as an internal human resources consultant at ANZ in Melbourne, supporting the bank with significant organisational change. She has also held generalist human resources positions in industries including utilities, insurance and retail.

Erin holds a Certificate IV in Business (Human Resources) from Swinburne University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ANZ.

Erin enjoys spending time with her young family, particularly at the beach on warm sunny days
