Felicity is a sought-after advisor to organisations. She is skilled at partnering with leaders to help solve complex problems, set clear direction, improve organisational and individual performance and deliver on their change agenda. Felicity is experienced in strategy and business performance, transformation and change, organisational culture and leadership and people development. She focuses on developing people and leadership capability to deliver what the individuals and organisations need to succeed.

Influential work

  • Worked with the executive teams of UK universities to strengthen capability to deliver on ambitious strategies and change agendas
  • Designed the optimal future course architecture for a university in south-west England and reviewed the university’s course portfolio’s profitability
  • Led large-scale cultural transformation programmes and improvement initiatives; including the Royal Australian Navy’s five year cultural change programme, the Australian Air Force’s bringing of all their reform activities under one umbrella, and various university transformations
  • Designed and developed innovative leadership and people development programs for large, complex organisations; including Visa Europe, Johnson & Johnson, Qantas and various public sector organisations and charities.

Outside of Nous

Felicity previously held senior roles in education and marketing and lived and worked in North America and Asia. She is a former director of Westmead Medical Research Foundation and the NSW Development Board of the Hunger Project. She volunteers with the Pilotlight programme, offering business support to the Bright Ideas Trust in London, and is a coach with Save the Children UK. She lived with an Ecuadorian indigenous community and volunteered in Bangladesh and Haiti.

Felicity has a Graduate Diploma of Organisational Leadership (Dux) from the University of Oxford, a Master of International Business from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Education (Honours) from the University of Sydney. She completed a DPMI Certificate in social change and development at Monterey Institute of International Studies.

In her spare time...

Felicity enjoys London and exploring Europe. An avid sportswoman, she supports Sydney teams from afar. She has completed the Kokoda trail, sailed from Sydney to Hobart and explored every continent.
