Francesca is a Consultant with a strong interest in overcoming inequalities across formal and informal social networks, particularly through guiding organisations and governments to support vulnerable communities. She has experience in both the public and private sectors, and a strong understanding of financial services and community engagement.

Influential Work

  • Managed and facilitated a hackathon with data visualisation analysts to help provide insights for a not-for-profit organisation (NFP) and improve its distribution of services across Australia
  • Facilitated a panel discussion with the Chief Data Officer and senior Indigenous managers from Commonwealth Bank to increase the employment and retention of Indigenous employees in Enterprise Services
  • Helped facilitate over 50 events, workshops and panel discussions in May 2021 to help improve the data literacy of Commonwealth Bank employees
  • Developed an internal volunteering program to allow an NFP to have greater access to data resources
  • Conducted research and qualitative analysis into how credit card services can better serve millennial segments.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Francesca worked at the Commonwealth Bank in retail strategy and acquisition, before moving to the Chief Data office. She has also interned at Nous, working on government and human services projects.

Francesca is a member of the Amaroo Local Aboriginal Land Council and spends her spare time with the local community, helping to preserve Indigenous culture, genealogy and artefacts in the New England region. During her studies of a Bachelor of Arts (history and sociology) at the University of Sydney, Francesca served as a mentor for younger Indigenous students.

Francesca enjoys travelling as well as visiting family throughout NSW. She also likes doing yoga and watching documentaries.
