Grace is a consultant in the Public Policy practice of Nous’ Perth office. She has excellent communication and research skills and takes a collaborative, holistic and context-driven approach to solving complex problems; synthesising ideas into digestible, nuanced, long-term and workable solutions that cater to all stakeholders.

Influential work

  • Supported the development of an outcomes-based service delivery model and procurement strategy for a government department
  • Assisted development of a joint outcomes framework for government agencies and service providers involved in earlier intervention in vulnerable families
  • Developed options to redesign the governance framework for regional service delivery in the Kimberley; focussed on integrated, place-based approaches
  • Delivered workshops for a government department using rapid design methodologies to develop a new policy framework with support of key stakeholders
  • Assisted with implementation of a new branding structure and strategy for a cultural institution.

Outside of Nous

Grace has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History with First Class Honours. She received the Malik Mohammed Iqbal Khan Prize for her work on Islamophobic narratives in Australia, and has contributed to the Australian Strategic Policy Institute’s publication: Gen Y Jihadists: Preventing Radicalisation in Australia. Prior to joining Nous, Grace worked in marketing and customer relations at the Western Australian Museum and was a research assistant at the Centre for Muslim States and Societies.

Grace is an avid traveller, hockey player and Fremantle Dockers tragic.
