Grace is a senior consultant with a particular focus on organisational performance. She develops valuable and sustainable solutions using her background in psychology and mathematics. She brings broad experience in research and qualitative analysis to improvement projects, particularly pertaining to organisational design, organisational restructure and program evaluation. Grace has worked on a number of projects in the not-for-profit sector and has a keen interest in the human services and education sectors.

Influential work

  • Partnered with the leadership team of one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit organisations to develop a long-term vision following the unification of two separate territories
  • Worked with the Australian Department of Family and Community Services to provide a detailed review and analysis of stakeholder submissions regarding targeted early intervention reforms
  • Developed an organisation design and implementation plan for a 2500-person utility organisation that aligns with the organisation’s new operating model and five-year corporate strategy
  • Conducted a review and developed and executive-level structure for a large New South Wales agency, ensuring operational and strategic alignment and compliance with the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Grace volunteered as a research assistant at the University of Sydney’s Social Psychology Laboratory, where she collaborated with academics on their individual research projects. She also worked in a specialist clinic for cognitive assessment and treatment, providing support for clinical psychologists; and in the St Vincent de Paul Society Assisting Refugee Kids program, providing educational and social support for refugee children’s early development.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney.

In her spare time...

Grace is passionate about making a difference in society and gaining new experiences. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, musical theatre and travelling to explore new cities.
