Greg brings an uncommon blend of strategic and practical skills to improving leadership capability and influencing culture across private and public sector organisations. His leadership development work has been recognised with multiple awards and profiled in the national media. Greg brings extensive experience in people development and improving organisational performance with high-profile clients. He held senior roles in private enterprise, leading large professional teams; and so offers clients an understanding of a leader’s role at an individual and organisational level.

Influential work

  • Designed and managed delivery of an award-winning senior leadership development program for a global investment manager, now in its third year
  • Played a key role in designing and building an experiential learning retail leadership program for a national fast-moving consumable goods group
  • Designed the ground-breaking Inspire local leader-led program for emerging leaders across Victorian schools and WISE program for senior system leaders, using a blended learning approach that builds capability across Victorian education using a foundation of self-managing networks
  • Designed the underpinning framework for the Victorian Department of Education’s Communities of Practice initiative – the foundation for many Education State reforms and acclaimed by global thought leaders for its practical, evidence-based approach
  • Developed the National Aged Care Leadership Development strategy for the Australian Government.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Greg ran his own independent consulting practice for 13 years following senior leadership roles at Telstra. Outside of Nous, Greg is a member the board of Sacred Heart Mission and an award-winning professional photographer.

Greg holds a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education and Training from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in English Literature) from Monash University.

In his spare time...

Greg spends time with his wife Megan and three children in Melbourne’s bayside. He is a road cyclist, pianist and hiker with an interest in social justice and the environment.
