Hannah brings a structured approach to problem-solving and an appreciation of the challenges surrounding organisation-wide change projects. She delivers tangible business results by working collaboratively with clients on complex people-focused projects. She also has a keen interest in digital transformation and believes it’s the people-side of new technology that is the biggest barrier to its successful integration. Hannah has consulted for private, public and not-for-profit clients in sectors including financial services, health, transport and government. She also has industry experience in human resources in the construction management sector.

Influential work

  • Analysed the performance of an executive board in the health sector against Nous’ benchmark data to identify comparative strengths and mission-critical performance gaps
  • Streamlined the process of managing, prioritising, and responding to requests for data and analytic services for a government department
  • Worked on a major enterprise resource planning transformation project for a large public sector organisation
  • Developed a leadership performance measurement tool that would inform development planning for a leading hospitality group
  • Analysed competitors’ rewards and benefits programs to enhance a construction management company’s employee value proposition
  • Assisted on a project that aimed to improve performance and deliver efficiency savings for the operations portfolio of a Group of Eight university.

Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Hannah was in EY’s people advisory consulting business, working on a large business transformation project. She also has experience consulting in the not-for profit sector, and gained experience as a member of the executive team at the world’s largest volunteer consulting organisation, 180 Degrees Consulting. Prior to this, she gained client-side experience working in the human resources department at Multiplex.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University and a Master of Human Resource Management from The University of Sydney.  She is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

In her spare time...

Hannah loves to explore new countries and experience different cultures. In her spare time she likes to get outdoors, discover new places to eat and play touch football.
