Iris is an Organisational Psychologist with over eight years of leadership and organisational development expertise.
She brings a deep understanding of human behaviour and evidence-informed practice to deliver tailored solutions for clients. She takes a collaborative and agile approach, combining strong project rigour with adaptability to ensure positive project outcomes. She has also worked broadly across strategy, public policy and implementation projects, leveraging her psychology expertise to deliver solutions that align people with outcomes.

Influential work

  • Designed and facilitated for a public health sector client a culture change and senior leadership development program that contributed to significant increases in employee engagement (+7%), workplace culture ratings (+14%), perceptions of and trust in senior managers (+14%) and confidence in the way the organisation resolves grievances (+13%)
  • Managed a large public sector leadership development program that delivered capability uplift in 6/6 SES Band 3 capabilities, 10/11 SES Band 2 capabilities and 8/11 SES Band 1 capabilities, and which had participant feedback ratings above 90% across satisfaction, experience, learning and challenge/stretch
  • Managing an innovative leadership development program that uses immersive simulations to replicate real-world VUCA contexts and is delivering adaptive leadership skill and knowledge gains of up to 50%.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous Iris worked with a range of psychology consulting companies including the Accelerated Learning Laboratory, SHL and Chandler Macleod. She lectured at UNSW on topics including personality, values, ethics and career development while completing her Master’s and PhD in Organisational Psychology. Her PhD focused on the acquisition and transfer of learning. She also has experience as a behavioural therapist working with children with autism spectrum disorder.

She is a Registered Organisational Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and maintains a strong interest in individual difference, cognitive and social psychology.

In her spare time...

Iris enjoys life on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with her young family. Her favourite activities include boating, bushwalking and relaxing with her cat.
