Jennifer is an experienced project manager, specialising in public policy and business strategy. She has multidisciplinary and diverse experience, having worked on complex projects in the education, human services and health sectors with public, private and not-for-profit clients. She combines rigorous quantitative ability, strong communication skills and structured thinking to deliver practical and lasting solutions to clients.

Influential work

  • Led streams of analysis related to indigenous achievement, community and industry engagement and international growth to develop the 10-year strategy and transformation plan for Australia’s fastest growing university
  • Designed a healthcare partnership program between one of Victoria’s largest public hospitals, a primary health care coordinator and health specialists to provide an integrated, person-centred care model that reduces the onus of chronic disease management on patients
  • Evaluated a partnership program providing education supports to vulnerable students with refugee backgrounds in Victorian primary and secondary schools over one year
  • Developed a comprehensive policy paper analysing current and emerging business model trends in the agriculture and food processing sectors and their implications for government provision of formal training and agricultural extension
  • Assessed major Australian Government reform options for the national vocational education and training market.

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Jennifer worked in Paraguay and Peru with various community development non-government organisations. More recently she completed a fellowship in Mozambique, undertaking policy and strategy projects related to strengthening the national agribusiness sector.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Since completing this she has extended her knowledge and experience in human-centred design, social entrepreneurship and development economics.

In her spare time...

Jennifer is an avid traveller. Some of her favourite adventures include glacier trekking in Patagonia and diving amongst World War II wrecks in Egypt.
