Jessica is a highly-driven and motivated individual with a background of producing positive results for every project led and event completed. From small business beginnings to venturing out to the large corporate industry, Jessica has developed a latitude of skills and personal attributes that have resulted in positive outcomes at every touchpoint.

Influential work

  • Built a national network of holding yards and transport client-vendor relationships, minimising costs for clients and resulting in a one-million-dollar savings on transport within two years
  • A part of the project team that transitioned an acquired business, adding a total of approximately 100 employees to a business of 30 employees within a 12-month project
  • Relocated office locations with minimal disruption to a business
  • Organised and ran a highly-appraised 2018 three-day national sales conference
  • Project-managed an Office365 migration
  • Led the national roll-out of new systems projects over the last two years for clients and staff.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous Jessica was in the insurance industry for almost five years with full knowledge of business operations and internal processes and developed strong rapport with the network of key stakeholders and leadership team. Jessica holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration, a Certificate III in Financial Services and Tier II Kaplan Training.

In her spare time...
