Josh has consulted to ASX50, multinational and government clients in six different roles across six industries and five countries. He brings a broad base of experience that includes data conversion and analysis, new-market expansion, IT program support, system implementation and whole company reviews. Josh’s versatile skillset, logical approach to problem-solving and high energy levels see him quickly add value on client engagements.

Influential work

  • Designed and led the whole company review of an importing and distribution organisation, including interviewing 80+ staff and presenting findings and recommendations to the board of directors
  • Launched the US expansion for an importing and distribution organisation, meeting with 82 prospective customers across 10 states before presenting findings and recommendations to the board of directors
  • Consulted in the data workstream of the Finance Transformation Program that implemented Oracle Fusion into an ASX50 insurance company’s Asian operations, with all releases delivered on time and within budget
  • Recognised with a Delivery Excellence Award as lead of the program management office function for an IT program with 60+ Consultants at a telecommunications client
  • Designed and delivered a business continuity plan at a Victorian not-for-profit organisation.

Outside of Nous

Before joining Nous, Josh was a project manager at The Shann Group and a senior consultant in the advisory practice of ASG Group’s Hong Kong office. He is passionate about strategy and innovation and founded two organisations based on unique concepts while studying at university. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business (International Business) from RMIT and received several awards and scholarships throughout his studies.

In his spare time...

Josh loves the great outdoors, especially trail running, freediving and camping. He has enjoyed periods working, studying or traveling overseas and speaks some Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
