Kate is a leadership and organisational development expert. She draws on her background as a psychologist to deliver insightful, enduring solutions for organisations in the public and private sectors. She is collaborative in her approach and consistently delivers strong results for clients. She brings expertise in leadership development, organisational culture and transformation, psychometric assessment, and organisational design.

Influential work

  • Designed a leadership development program for senior leaders in a top four financial institution to identify critical transitions and build capability, mindsets and relationships
  • Co-designed a global front-line leadership development program for a resources organisation, including a two-day training session to build leaders’ capability to facilitate the program and drive the culture change.
  • Managed the design and delivery of a leadership development centre for senior government officials, including 360-degree feedback tools, psychometric assessments, simulations and supporting development tools
  • Worked with a regulatory organisation to define the culture that would best support its new strategy, including identifying the required culture and developing a practical change plan
  • Managed the organisational design of an insurance company to ensure it was equipped to achieve its new customer-centric strategic objectives

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Kate spent several years consulting with Chandler Macleod specialising in psychometric assessments, culture assessment and change, and leadership development. She is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and has a Master of Psychology (organisational and industrial). Kate is also accredited in SHL tools (aptitude and OPQ), Saville tools (Wave), Facet5, Hogan’s HPI, MVPI and HDS, Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools and Emotional Capital Report (Roche Martin).

In her spare time...

Kate enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She likes to keep active with Pilates and gym classes and travelling to new places.
